Submission & Review Process
All submissions to ICSSBP-2027 must be original, unpublished work and should not be under consideration by any other conference, journal, or publication outlet during the review process.
Authors are required to prepare manuscripts in accordance with the prescribed Author Guidelines (Refer Separately) and submit their papers through the conference submission portal before the specified deadline.
Review Process
ICSSBP-2027 follows a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure academic quality and integrity. The review process includes
- Initial screening for scope, completeness, and compliance with conference requirements.
- Similarity and academic integrity verification.
- Double-blind review by domain experts.
- Evaluation based on

- Revision and resubmission (where applicable).
- Final decision by the Scientific Committee.
Plagiarism and Academic Integrity Policy
ICSSBP-2027 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic ethics and scholarly integrity.
- All submissions will be screened using plagiarism-detection software.
- Papers must maintain a Similarity Index below 10%.
- AI-assisted content, where used, must comply with the conference's AI disclosure requirements.
- Papers found to involve plagiarism, unethical practices, data fabrication, duplicate submission, or academic misconduct will be rejected without review.
Acceptance Criteria
Acceptance decisions will be based on

- Methodological soundness

- Quality of analysis and interpretation
- Clarity and overall contribution to knowledge and practice
Final acceptance is subject to satisfactory incorporation of reviewer comments and compliance with conference requirements.
