Paper Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers, case studies, conceptual papers, review articles, and empirical research aligned with the conference theme and its focus areas.

  1. Manuscripts submitted to ICSSBP-2027 must be original and should not have been published, accepted for publication, or simultaneously submitted to any other conference, journal, or publication during the review process.
  2. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors are advised to remove names, affiliations, and any identifying information from the manuscript before submission.
  3. The manuscript should be written in clear and concise English and must adhere to the conference paper template.
  4. The recommended length of the manuscript is 4,000–5,000 words, including tables, figures, references, and appendices.
  5. Authors should include an abstract of 200–250 words along with 4–6 keywords.
  6. All tables, figures, and illustrations should be clearly labelled, appropriately cited, and embedded within the manuscript at relevant locations.
  7. References and citations should follow the APA 7 style guidelines (or the prescribed conference format).
  8. Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the conference submission portal on or before the specified deadline.
  9. Papers may be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format. Authors may additionally upload a PDF version for reference.
  10. The submitted manuscript should be free from plagiarism. Papers with significant similarity or evidence of academic misconduct will be rejected without review. Authors are expected to comply with ethical research and publication practices.
  11. All authors of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings and consideration for publication opportunities.
  12. The final publication of accepted papers will be subject to compliance with reviewer comments, editorial requirements, and publication policies of the respective proceedings, journals, or publishers.
  13. Publication opportunities in conference proceedings, edited books, peer-reviewed journals, or indexed journals will be based on the quality of the paper, reviewer recommendations, and publisher requirements. Any publication charges, if applicable, shall be borne separately by the authors as per the selected publication option and publisher policies.

Review Process Details

All submissions to ICSSBP-2027 will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial screening will be evaluated by two to three domain experts based on originality, relevance to the conference themes, research quality, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and overall contribution to the field. Authors may be required to revise and resubmit their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback before final acceptance.

Plagiarism Policy

ICSSBP-2027 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. All submitted manuscripts will be screened using Turnitin for plagiarism and AI-generated content. Papers must have a similarity index below 10% and AI-generated content below 20%. Manuscripts exceeding these limits or found to violate ethical research and publication practices will be rejected without further review.

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance of papers will be based on the recommendations of the reviewers and the quality of the submission. Manuscripts demonstrating originality, relevance, methodological soundness, clarity, and significant contribution to research and practice will be considered for acceptance. Final acceptance is subject to satisfactory incorporation of reviewer comments and compliance with conference guidelines.
