Registration Requirements

• The Corresponding Author must complete registration and pay the applicable fee for each accepted paper.
• Registration is mandatory for every accepted submission.
• Authors may submit multiple papers across conference tracks.
• Separate registration and payment are required for each paper submitted.

Authorship Policy

• The total number of authors per manuscript shall not exceed four (4), including the corresponding author.

Publication Workflow

1. Submit the full paper as per the prescribed Author Guidelines.
2. The manuscript undergoes conference review and evaluation.
3. Accepted authors complete registration and fee payment.
4. Registered papers are forwarded for publication consideration.
5. The concerned journal or publication outlet conducts its independent review process.
6. The Editorial Board communicates decisions regarding revisions, acceptance, or rejection.
7. Final publication decisions rest solely with the respective journal or publisher.

Certificates : For every accepted and registered paper

• All listed authors will receive a Certificate of Participation.
• The presenting author will additionally receive a Certificate of Presentation.

• Conference acceptance does not automatically guarantee publication.
• Publication decisions remain subject to the independent review policies and editorial standards of the respective journals and publishers.
• Additional publication charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the authors as per publisher policies.
